Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 base salary + incentive compensation/profit sharing
Status: Full-time, Hybrid

We are excited to have an opportunity to welcome a new Associate Wealth Advisor to our team! As an Associate Wealth Advisor, you will support existing client relationships in conjunction with the Managing Partner. Utilizing best-in-class resources and technology, you will roll up your sleeves and work in collaboration with a senior advisor to tackle complex financial, estate, and tax planning situations and deliver an experience to clients that is second to none.
Interested in more details? As an Associate Wealth Advisor, you can expect to:
- Work alongside the Managing Partner to learn about our clients,
processes,
and value proposition - Prepare for and attend client meetings, take notes, complete follow up, and correspond with clients
- Participate and listen carefully in client and planning meetings and translate the discussions into a strategy for data collection and analysis to help drive financial planning efforts
- Interview clients about their attitudes, financial constraints, and goals; identify and clarify client needs; review statements provided by clients
- Continuously stay in relationship with clients and understand their unique circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc.
- Complete accurate financial plans in eMoney; input updated values into appropriate planning software
- Perform complex analysis of planning strategies, risks, and opportunities in the areas of retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow planning, asset allocation, asset protection, etc.
- Own the implementation of client planning strategies
- Develop client deliverables and reports in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
- Respond to client service needs throughout the year
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the entrepreneurial drive to evolve into a Lead Advisor in 12-24 months, beginning to take on direct responsibility for client relationships, and into a Senior Advisor role after 24-48 months, taking over all client relationships in this office as well as management and leadership of the office. Ideal candidates will demonstrate an ability to ensure a continuous high-quality experience for clients as well as an unflagging focus on growth.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience as a servicing advisor in the financial services industry
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required
- CFP® designation a bonus; willingness to enroll in the CFP® certification program required
- Proficiency with computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), eMoney, and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and terminology
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
