Associate Veterinarian - Atlas Consultancy Group
Washington, DC 20022
About the Job
We are excited to announce a veterinarian opportunity with a fantastic new practice in Washington DC. Operating on a membership model, you will be able to spend lots of time with your clients and their pets, further helped by a skilled support team with at least a 3:1 staff to doctor ratio. Leadership features clinical representation at the board level, so all decisions are made with vets’ best interests in mind.
The practice is completely modern, designed with fear-free approved colors with an advanced suite of equipment for everything you’d need in a forward-thinking general practice from spays and neuters to more complex surgical procedures and diagnostics.
You will be the third veterinarian in a thriving team. The existing doctors are experienced, supportive, and have particular interests in surgery and dentistry alongside a love of the variety of cases seen in general practice. You will be fully encouraged to follow your clinical interests with caseload, generous CE, and support from your colleagues.
You’ll have virtual scribes to assist with your note taking during consultations and a 24/7 helpline for clients to assist with triaging, freeing up your time even further. The schedule is four tens with a shared weekend rota (the practice is closed on Sundays so you will always have that day off!).
On top of a first-class clinical environment, you will enjoy an industry leading benefits package with salaries up to $200,000 plus production with no negative accrual, 401K match, extensive PTO and medical insurance that covers the whole family.
Benefits:
- $140,000-200,000 salary plus bonus with no negative accrual
- 14 days PTO
- 5 days CE leave and $5,000 allowance
- Relocation assistance
- Medical care which covers you and your family
- 401k plus company match
About You:
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Washington DC.
- At least one year of clinical experience.
- More experienced doctors can be considered for leadership roles given the expansion plans for the practice.
- Compassionate attitude and desire to provide the best standard of care possible.
