Electric technician / technician / mechanical - electrical technician /Mechanical assembly
Hourly Rate: 33/H on w2 for Shift 1 and 36/H on w2 for second shift
Title: Assoc Test Engr 2

Location: Milpitas,CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Both Shifts are available (Please let me know your preference )
1st Shift Hours: 7:00am - 3:30 pm + OT as required
2nd Shift Hours: 3-4:00 PM to 12:30 AM + OT required
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, PCB, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
LEVELING REQUIREMENTS:
• SKILL: Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
• SUPERVISION: Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments.
• EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience. Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience and/or BA
