POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate/Sr. Associate, Chief of Staff at Bayview sits at the intersection of executive leadership and support and will be instrumental in helping the firm’s COO execute on strategic and operational priorities and maintaining alignment between the COO, leadership, and all organizational levels. This role involves enhancing organizational communication, facilitating operational processes, and overseeing project execution, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated effectively into actionable plans across the organization.
The COO office includes oversight of critical functions at Bayview; Finance, HR, Investor Relations, Technology, Information Security, Operational Risk; management of CEO priorities and crisis management. A Chief of Staff would gain deep insight into each of these areas as well as help the COO in coordination and coverage of these areas.
The successful candidate for the Chief of Staff position will leverage excellent communication, critical thinking skills, and prior experience in management consulting to influence and execute critical priorities for the firm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Special projects
- Lead and oversee special strategic projects, particularly those requiring cross-departmental collaboration and alignment and specific industry research
- Support analytics associated with improving business performance
- Identify and track metrics to measure the success of specific business opportunities
- Operational support
- Assist the COO in managing organizational operations
- Ensure that key decisions are made with the COO and executive team in a timely manner by tracking, prioritizing and escalating critical metrics and business decisions
- Strategic communication and organizational cohesion
- Coordinate and craft internal communications, ensuring messages from leadership are clearly articulated and understood at all levels
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance clarity and consistency in internal information flow
- Participate in the development of executive presentation materials to facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support in leadership meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, record keeping, and follow-ups to ensure actionable outcomes
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- Verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of the Asset Management industry is ideal but not required.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field

LOCATION & COMPENSATION:
- This role will be a hybrid position (3 days onsite) based in either Bayview’s NYC or Coral Gables, FL offices.
- Base compensation is expected to be $120-180k with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation.
