Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences, animal sciences or a related field
Minimum 2 years experience working with mice
Have experience working with various mammalian cell lines
Experience in ELISA development
Experience with multicolor flow cytometry
Willing to relocate to Rochester

Mammalian cell culture experience, Familiarity with various flow cytometry platforms, experience in cell-based assay, biostatistical analyses and general report creation, using Microsoft Office suite and GraphPad Prism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct in vivo studies involving laboratory mice, including experimental design, protocol development, and execution of procedures.
- Coordinate with research scientists to plan and implement in vivo experiments, providing input on study design, sample size estimation, and statistical analysis.
- Administer test article and collect biological samples following established procedures.
- Perform detailed observations and measurements to assess the physiological and clinical effects of experimental treatments on mice, recording data accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain compliance with institutional animal care and use protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to advance cross-functional scientific projects and standardize the adoption of new scientific techniques.
