Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Will be responsible for immunological assays such as flow cytometry, ELISA, and functional assaysÂ
- Perform tissue culture and cell viability assays
- Document experimental work in an electronic lab notebook and maintain general lab safety equipment
- Communicate effectively in a variety of written and oral formats
- Help establish a positive site culture and provide informal mentorship to colleagues
Requirements:
- BS degree or MS degree in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Immune-oncology or related discipline is required.
- Must have 3+ years experience in multi-parameter Flow cytometry analysis, primary cell isolation, ELISA, and Western Blot is preferred.
- The ability to analyze and interpret published data and apply it to develop and optimize cellular and biochemical assays is required.
