Associate with The Ayco Company, L.P., A Goldman Sachs Company in San Francisco, California. Remote work permitted 2 days per week within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA. Multiple positions open. Partner with an Advisor to help service clients and their families, providing comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning, estate planning and tax service for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Prepare various reports for clients in the areas of personal financial statements, cash flow planning, income tax projections, investment allocations, investment performance, estate document reviews, estate flowcharts and insurance reviews. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: advising clients on complex financial issues in the following areas: Estate Planning, Taxes, Investments, Insurance, Cash Flow Management and Risk Management or related; working with personal and trust income taxation. Includes the following: forecast income, determining required quarterly tax payment needs and preparing the tax returns; building, preparing, and analyzing client financials and net worth exhibits on a consistent basis; create ad-hoc exhibits as needed to help to illustrate and visualize the analytics for clients to aid in decision making; experience with the following topics required: liquidity analysis, entity reviews, real estate purchase and sale reviews, loan analysis, charitable and gifting strategy, and investment decisions; and interacting with clients and their related third parties on finance matters in both written and in-person and phone communication. FINRA Securities Industry Exam (SIE), Series 7, Series 66 (will accept Series 63 & Series 65 as equivalent to Series 66). California Tax Education Council Registered Tax Preparer (CA CTEC Certificate). Domestic travel required approximately 5% to 10% of the time to attend client meetings. Costs covered by employer. Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this San Francisco, California, United States-based position is $122,000/year - $130,000/year. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
