A fun and exciting San Francisco based company making innovative healthy home & bathroom products seeks a full-time Associate Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.
Privately held and backed by internet pioneers Mark Cuban and Dave Samuel, Brondell is a well-established manufacturing company that is growing fast. Our products are carried by many leading retailers, including Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes and our products have won numerous awards over the years. We are an industry leader in our current category niche (electronic bidet toilet seats and bidet attachments) and are continuing with our expansion into new healthy home product categories such as water filtration and air purification for the home. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional administrative organization to ensure the business runs accurately and meets all deadlines.
- Support overall corporate strategic growth initiatives to meet short and long-term goals.
- Coordination with other departments for account-related tasks.?
- Provide strategic support in an omni-channel environment.
- Responsible for content management to optimize customer experiences by auditing account sites to ensure listings are accurately represented.
- Assisting with presentation creation and price lists.
- New dealer screening and account set up.
- Administrate partner portal platform support.
- Assist with promotional/informative email blasts.
- Run, analyze and provide key insights into key account sales reports.
- Coordinate projects between creative and sales.
- Implement and schedule strategic promotions to drive additional growth.
- Assist in analyzing account programs overall and at the product level to ensure profitable growth.
- Responsible for project-oriented sales tasks such as product launches, price increases, etc.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure account’s logistics are operating smoothly.
- Assist in monitoring and enforcing corporate MAP policy.
- Attend tradeshows and other sales events as needed.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication required.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with a high level of administrative skills.

- All other duties assigned by the manager.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred (or equivalent degree + experience).
- 2 + years of direct and hands-on experience administratively supporting sales.
- High proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other databases.
- Knowledgeable in Business Management Software/ERP.
- Must be extremely comfortable with electronic communications.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated and goal oriented.
- Track record of working and thriving in a fast-paced, unstructured, entrepreneurial organization with the ability to accomplish goals in a lean environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication with a propensity to use technology to expedite interactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High technical acumen and ability to quickly learn processes and software/tools.
- Desire to succeed, tempered by maturity and a good sense of humor.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
This is a hybrid/remote position with occasional office visits. The hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm PST but are occasionally flexible if/when you have the need. Likewise, when things are super busy, pitching in extra with everyone else is expected.
Compensation is based on skills/experience with a salary range between $65,000 and $95,000 per year.
