Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Plus Commission

Position Summary: Home Health Care Inc. is seeking an associate recruiter to join our team in Golden Valley! As an associate recruiter, you will play an integral part in finding top talent to join our family of businesses. Your primary responsibilities as an associate recruiter will be to evaluate candidates’ prerequisite qualifications through phone conversations, among other tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle candidate recruiting process for our Home Health Aide roles
- Evaluate candidates’ prerequisite qualifications through phone conversations
- Evaluate candidates’ position viability during face-to-face interviews
- Verify candidates’ current Nursing Assistant Certification and initiate background checks
- Update and post job advertisements to the ATS and select job boards
- Work collaboratively with HR and Leadership to continually evolve processes with the intent of bettering our hiring, orientation, scheduling, and retention efforts
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications or another applicable field would provide a solid skillset
- Experience or knowledge of Nursing Assistant and/or healthcare professions would be highly beneficial
- An outgoing personality with strong communication skills is essential for success in this role
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities is crucial
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation/exemption
