About the Job
We are seeking an Assoicate Real Estate Attorney to become a part of our team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and leases.
- Review due diligence matters in connection with any real property acquisitions.
- Manage the transaction from contract preparation to closing, including title and survey review or response to objections, preparation of closing documents, review of closing statements, and coordination of closings with the business team, accounting, and title companies.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactional practice
- Active Texas State Bar license in good standing.
- Experience with title and survey review, leasing, and understanding of real property law is required.
- Ability to self-prioritize and maintain organization, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
