Title: Associate Project Manager
Rate: $30 - $33/hr
Location: Temecula, CA (100% On-Site)
Contract: W2
Contract Length: 12 Months with possible extension
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects for our clients, ensuring successful delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects for our clients from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and organized.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices within the project management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience or Master's degree with 0-2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with clients, managing client expectations, and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
