Overview:TRC is seeking a talented Associate Project Manager.
Responsibilities:- Assist operations personnel to ensure project goals are achieved and customer expectations are met.
- Responsible for project oversight, ensuring that operations is on time with day to day tasks and meeting project milestones.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of schedule of values for projects.
- Approval responsibilities for all invoices and requisitions for assigned projects.
- Review contractual language and make recommendations to legal counsel.
- Responsible for the accurate creation of requisitions for materials and services on assigned projects.
- Organize project status meetings, manage communications and action items from meetings to all appropriate parties.
- Exercise independent discretion in management of subcontract execution and subcontractor performance on assigned projects.
- Responsible for complete project documentation and tracking through ProjectWise, Vision, and other software as required.
- Responsible for creating project schedules and ensuring that projects are meeting milestones/deliverables; providing status updates to project stakeholders as required.
- Understand and independently apply TRC's Project Cycle Procedures.
- Understand and independently apply the TRC Policy for determining Project Estimate at Completion.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders from sales to executives to individual contributors on projects.
- Responsible for the identification of project issues, ability to troubleshoot and independently resolve project issues.
- Ability to decipher when issues need to be raised to upper management.
- Achieve weekly billable goal as defined by the project guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Associates Degree in Engineering, Administration, or Management

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range:USD $64,809.00 - USD $72,010.00 /Yr.
