Associate Project Manager at Strategic Employment Partners (SEP)

A Houston-based hospitality solutions provider is on the lookout for a Project Coordinator or Manager with experience in the AEC industry. This is a role that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects, from initial concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure projects adhere to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pluses:

• Experience in project management within the hospitality industry.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D studio MAX or similar tools.
