Description:
Corporate Creative Resources is a multi-disciplinary creative agency that provides creative services and solutions to a broad array of functional areas within The Company. As CCR continues to solidify its position as the internal creative agency of record for the corporate segment, the project management team will ensure the successful oversight of key projects and initiatives being implemented with our client groups for internal and external purposes.
The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting client projects, analyzing and streamlining current processes, and developing/improving systems to glean and deliver meaningful data on project success. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with the Manager of Production and Client Services on projects supporting all corporate business units and The Official Fan Club. The position will report to the Manager of Production and Client Services
• Work closely with and under the guidance of the Manager of Production and Client Services to manage projects primarily for corporate business units, and occasional projects in support of the fan club, or The Ultimate Fan Event.
• Build and manage successful relationships with clients of various disciplines and quickly establish rapport.
• Manage and successfully balance each project's time, cost, scope, and quality.
• Evaluate and communicate project scope and process when additional requests are made.
• Manage the process and the execution of tier 2 and 3 projects across creative and client teams while ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
• Document the scope of work with help from internal resource team leaders and Project Managers.
• Assess scope to confirm projects can be completed within the requested timeline and budget and manage client expectations for any delays on final delivery.
• Develop a feasible project plan and schedule that benefits both the client and the internal resource teams.
• Clearly organize, communicate, and forecast deliverables and dependencies to both the client and the internal resource teams.
• Identify areas of opportunity for business strategy to keep CCR on the forefront of cutting-edge creative content and process.
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 1-3 years of project/program coordination and/or event production experience.
• Experience in coordinating creative projects in the realm of event production, graphic design, video production, and digital projects.
• Passion for building relationships with internal resource teams and clients including senior leadership and executives.
• Able to work under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressured environments.
• Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Strong blend of quantitative, verbal, writing, and leadership skills.
• Adept at distilling complex processes, concepts, and ideas into elegantly simple charts, phrases, and summaries.
• Able to prioritize project management-related tasks while also helping internal resource teams to prioritize their tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects at one time.
• Solution-oriented and comfortable with working in a fast-pace and evolving environment.
• Ability to be a thoughtful and collaborative partner to all stakeholders on any given project.
• Ability to command a room and lead with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of and passion for The Walt Disney Company and its history.
• Marketing/Creative Agency experience preferred.
• Well-versed in project management systems such as Smartsheet.
• Experience with Adobe Suite is Preferred not mandatory
• MS-Office
