Associate, Project Manager - Assembly

Assembly is looking for an Associate, Project Manager. The Associate, Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the project management and planning teams on assigned accounts. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with an organized approach to managing projects; one who loves checking things off the to do list and can motivate colleagues to get the job done well and on time.  

Responsibilities

• Capture and track all client needs, requests and communications coming from status calls, ad hoc calls, email, and Teams requests​ 
• Track project deliverables, ensuring all team members (internal and external) understand and adhere to roles, expectations, deliverables, and timelines, both internal and external​ 
• Request and confirm campaign assets and needs between agency, vendors, and client​ 
• Facilitate internal and external (client) communication related to campaigns and ad hoc/ongoing deliverables through weekly client calls​ 
• Prompt communication between Finance and Activation for billing and reconciliation​ 
• Own invoice, prebilling, and reconciliation documentation for all lines of business and communicate changes to the client  
• Track project tasks and work closely with internal teams to manage processes efficiently  
• Manage communication and delegation between off-shore and in-office team members​ 
• Assist in development of media plans and plan stewardship 
• Engaging the appropriate stake holders prior to making any major changes   ​ 

Requirements

• 1 year of experience within a project management type position, preferably within an advertising or digital media agency 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills  
• Solid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail  
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint 
• Familiarity with variety of media tools and software - MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Prisma, MediaOcean is a major plus 
• Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task  
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills​ 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $55,000 - $65,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
