About this opportunity
The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for executing implementation of the New Customer Growth Program and related education and support initiatives while working with a cross functional team. The successful candidate is a self-starter who has a track record for delivering projects with minimal oversight while driving to meet the needs of a new customer Dentist that differentiate Align Technology, Inc. as a best partner to do business with. This role will sit in the Morrisville, NC office.
In this role, you will…
- Responsible for executing and coordinating program strategies through a team of specialists
- Support new initiatives for doctor education with cross functional ownership of driving recruitment and event scheduling
- Lead projects by partnering with external and internal agencies, aid in developing marketing materials, and help manage communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales leadership, Professional Marketing, Business Development teams, and Technology teams to drive improvements and success of the program
- Assess and enhance current initiatives including Onboarding support, education, promotions, experiences, and sales tools
- Help implement expansion of the program into other areas such as Ortho channel and DSO channel
- Manage analytics and reporting of the program for internal leadership level meetings
- Additional responsibilities:
• Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the cross functional teams – Events, Area Education Specialists (contractors), and Professional Relations.
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources - Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
In this role, you’ll need …
- BS or BA required
- 4+ years in professional work experience
- Demonstrates initiative, takes action, and drives for results
- Strong project management with demonstrable experience (any PM certification a plus)
- Meticulously organized and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering tangible results
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Demonstrated ability to identify internal and external customer needs and create solutions to meet them
- Excellent communication skills
- Email communications
- Representing the team to Sales leadership over meetings and presentations
- Ability to work cross functionally with individuals in an organization and understand their needs/motivations and manage complex cross-functional projects
- A demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint – and ability to develop and deliver effective presentations. Proficiency in Asana, Trello or other Project management software a plus.
