Associate Principal, IT Governance - Judge Group

What You'll Do:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing IT programs. You’ll ensure these programs adhere to the governance framework and maintain the effectiveness of IT’s internal control environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To excel in this job, you’ll need to:

• Collaborate with other teams to review control data and identify improvements in IT delivery processes.

• Contribute to creating dashboards and reports that demonstrate control adherence and highlight areas for improvement.

• Work alongside others to deliver complex projects involving multiple systems.

• Always think a few steps ahead.

• Support teams in developing solutions to complex technical challenges.

• Recommend technologies and tools that enhance the efficiency, quality, and security of IT systems.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Assist in conducting process gap analyses of controls, mapping to industry standards, and developing continuous compliance monitoring.

• Advise stakeholders on identified issues and support regulatory exams and audit engagements.
