Key Responsibilities- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on various client environments, including networks, web applications, and systems.
- Collaborate with clients to communicate findings and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
- Assist in regulatory IT controls-focused compliance audits (SOC 2, NIST CSF, GLBA), offering both technical and compliance-based insights.
- Stay current with evolving cybersecurity threats, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in continued learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and certifications.
- Travel up to 8-10 weeks per year for client engagements, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- United States Citizenship is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of penetration testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical report writing.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, such as SOC 2, NIST CSF, and GLBA, is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel for work during the business week.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
- If not certified, candidates must demonstrate the ability to obtain certification.
