ASSOCIATE PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR at Judge Group

Judge Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an opening with one of our top client's in the North Fort Myers, FL area.

Position Details:

Title: Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Location: North Fort Myers, FL 33903

Type of Engagement: Contract

Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience

Specific Duties:

• Greets patients as they arrive and manages 15 minute wait time 
• Assists patient with intake processes including copying required documents 
• Collects co - payments, co - insurance and deductibles and issues receipts 
• Manages cashier box and daily deposits according to company policies 
• Processes walk - in patients and visitors 
• Answers phones and schedules appointments 
• Manages medical records (maintains, files / scans, prepares for schedule) 
• Ensures all correspondence is scanned and / or filed in a timely manner 
• Processes requests for medical records release and maintains appropriate logs, etc.
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school graduate, GED or equivalent 
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
• 1+ years of related work experience including data entry 
• Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology
  

 Hours:

•  Work hours: M-F 8am-5pm
