About the Job
Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the efficiency and development of operational processes under the supervision of the Operations leadership team.
- Develop strategic procedures to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Research impactful industry changes, and policies to understand company ramifications
- Scope and interview all departments to improve collaboration and throughput between teams
- Manage information and accuracy in Procore
- Manage information and accuracy in SharePoint
- Manage information and accuracy in FlowTrac
- Review existing processes and ensure that the Operations team is updated regularly
- Create workflows and instructions for best practices
- Develop forms and reports to help users navigate cross functional activities
- Prepare reports for stakeholders
- Support and collaborate with construction teams
- Work with and support operations coordinators in all locations
- Assist the Operations team in developing and improving standard operating procedures collaboratively across departments
- Provide reporting of all operational teams
- Support and lead trainings and development programs
- Assist and collaborate with facilities
- Support fleet and heavy equipment program with reporting
- Maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust and customer focus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of experience managing operational departments
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree preferred
- Technical understanding of solar PV energy installations
- Knowledge of renewable standards and policies
- Proficiency in standard management tools for scheduling, budget management, etc.
- Experience in Salesforce, Procore, and/or SharePoint
- Capability to independently manage and grow a division in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organization and analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in an organized and accurate manner
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Must have a good driving record and maintain a valid Driver’s License
Physical Demand:
- Sit at a desk 6-8 hours per day performing tasks on a computer
- Requires minimal physical effort with periods of walking, standing with some light lifting of files
- Minimal bending, stooping or reaching
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Working Conditions:
- Requiring normal safety precautions with minimal occupational health and safety risks
- Moderate to low noise levels
- Requires considerable concentration
- Stresses induced by changing environment, diversity in the organization, strict deadlines and high volume of workload
