Your Role
As the, Associate Oncology Enterprise Account Director you will report to the Head of Oncology & Channel Enterprise Accounts.. Your primary responsibility is to lead and develop business relationships with assigned Oncology Accounts, serving as the main interface for the Oncology business. You will establish and maintain connections with access stakeholders, including corporate personnel, medical directors, and pharmacy directors.
You will enhance Oncology partnerships, execute brand strategies, and lead account strategy development by targeting key influencers. Your role involves coordinating internal EMDS field team engagements and collaborating with C-suite and access stakeholders to support EMD Serono’s Oncology portfolio. Regular customer meetings for feedback will ensure alignment with brand strategy and performance objectives.
You will gain in-depth knowledge of each account’s business model, metrics, and strategic goals, becoming a trusted advisor and orchestrator for EMD Serono. Quarterly analyses will inform strategic account plans, and you will communicate clear strategies to ensure resource efficiency and compliance.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience in Oncology Sales
- Experience in Oncology including knowledge of reimbursement for medical benefit products
- Executive and business-to-business selling with demonstration of successful results
- History of successful cross-functional partnerships across multiple internal stakeholder groups
- 2+ years National Account Management with Oncology GPO’s and large Aggregator’s/Clinics
- Established relationships and experience negotiating contracts with large Aggregator’s/Clinics
- Knowledge of reimbursement for medical benefit products
- MBA or advanced degree
- Customer Focused: Prioritizes patients, payers, and physicians; listens empathetically

- Innovative: Challenges the status quo and learns from failures
- Agile: Adapts quickly to changes and seizes opportunities
