About the Job
The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and oversee end-to-end marketing projects, managing content such as written stories, social media posts, decks, and various deliverables under tight and evolving deadlines. You will take on the role of project manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams to spearhead content projects that create business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of business needs and project objectives. Additionally, you will manage all aspects of company print collateral, including collaborating with the design team for development, vendor management, distribution across national offices, gathering estimates, and handling other related tasks. This role also involves managing in-house marketing inventory, including apparel, branded office supplies, and other printed collateral. You will engage with various stakeholders to brainstorm and develop content ideas collaboratively and partner with brokers, leadership, and other team members to translate ideas, recommendations, and deliverables into marketing programs and campaigns.

Qualifications
- Must be in San Diego and able to work on-site in our beautiful Little Italy office.
- At least four to five (4-5) years of work experience in a professional environment required.
- Proofreading experience and working knowledge of APA style.
- Advertising or marketing agency experience is a plus.
- No previous commercial real estate experience required.
- Upbeat, happy, friendly and team centric.
- Have a passion for marketing and gaining skills and knowledge with a learner's mindset.
- Enjoy being in an office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills and etiquette.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with project management tools (like Monday.com) preferred, otherwise come with an open mind to learn new technology.
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
