Use your skills, experience & talents to be part of something BEAUTIFUL! In this role, you will be a key team member, involved in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to drive critical business growth pillars.

The Associate Manager, Brand Equity Marketing, reports to the Sr. Manager, Brand Equity Marketing, and is responsible for helping to create and evolve initiatives and campaigns that will accelerate growth and drive brand love for the Ulta Beauty brand. You will be accountable for delivering strong, results-driving strategy, messaging and activation across omnichannel marketing efforts. 

The ideal candidate will have a brand marketing background, be detail oriented, proficient at critical thinking and collaborating, all while possessing a passion for beauty and an aptitude for retail. 

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Support the development and execution of DEI marketing campaigns and initiatives including brief development, messaging approach and go-to-market plans.
• Help bring key equity strategies to life via compelling marketing messaging and visual creative both in-store and in digital
• Support assessment of potential brand partnerships across industries
• Collaborate closely with customer growth marketing, consumer insights, media, creative, merchandising, and other key stakeholder groups to ensure execution of marketing plans/strategies is data driven, clear and cohesive.
• Analyze performance and learnings from previous campaigns and initiatives to inform future strategies and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of retail and industry happenings, consumer and cultural insights, internal operation processes and competitive landscape
• Foster a collaborative work environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated and cohesive strategies, while still empowering individual teams to own their work.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS

• 4+ years brand marketing experience; consumer facing marketing experience preferred.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Proactive self-starter with strong project management, prioritization, organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a creative team and/or agency partners.
• Ability to interpret data, insights and trends to fuel consumer centered campaigns and initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills that influence decision making and inspire great work. Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization
• Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and highly skilled in prioritization with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, and help shape, guide, and move the planning and team forward.
• Passion for business/the work and a lifelong learner
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields
• Travel may be required (<10% of time)
