Key Responsibilities:
•    Providing engineering support to manufacturing processes, projects, or functions to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
•    Evaluating manufacturing outcomes and implementing continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
•    Supporting new product introductions (NPI) and introducing new equipment and processes into manufacturing.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
•    Developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including process instructions, standard operating procedures, and validation protocols.
•    Analyzing production data and identifying trends to proactively address potential issues.
•    Optimizing workflows and layouts to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
•    Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, including adherence to QA regulations and practices.
•    Troubleshooting equipment and process issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
•    Participating in risk assessments, failure mode analyses, and root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.
•    Training production staff on new equipment, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
•    Demonstrated ability to multitask and make decisions independently.
•    Strong attention to detail, ensuring alignment with quality assurance standards.
•    Experience in quality assurance is preferred.
•    Packaging experience is preferred.
