The Associate Marketing Manager: Integrated Marketing, will play a key role in developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and increase online and in-store sales. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position will ensure alignment across all channels, from physical stores to digital platforms, while supporting the company’s broader brand positioning and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Manager and cross functional team members to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that span digital (paid and owned), and offline channels (including but not limited to in-store, print, out-of-home)
Omnichannel Coordination
Ensure seamless alignment between physical retail marketing and e-commerce initiatives. Partner with merchandising, operations, and digital teams to deliver a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Content Development & Management
Manage the creation and/or distribution of content for digital and traditional channels, working with creative and brand strategy teams to ensure all assets are on-brand and optimized for various platforms and placements.
Consumer Insights & Data Analysis
Partner with Integrated Marketing Manager and cross functional stakeholders to leverage data and analytics to understand customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI across channels.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations:
Collaborate with strategy team and cross functional stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for partnerships that resonate with our target audience.
Event & Promotion Support:
Assist in planning and execution of store events, promotions, product, and campaign launches. Ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns to maximize impact online and in-store.
Budget & Timeline Management:
Assist in managing the marketing budget for integrated campaigns, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, omnichannel, or e-commerce environments
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, including digital, transitional, and emerging media.
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance tools (e.g; Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Air Table, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for retail, sport style, and sport inspired culture.
- Ideal candidate is a team player, open to learning, and working in a dynamic cross functional environment
- Supports building out the weekly messaging framework for both product and key commercial moments across owned channels
- Supports and tracks product and asset needs and changes for messaging strategy
- Supports owned and paid media team (incl. social media) on ad-hoc needs).
- Supports overall go-to-market process
The annual base salary range is $XXX-$XXXX This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
