At CFA Institute, we are looking for an Associate Manager, Global Partnerships & Client Solutions to help expand, strengthen, and deepen connections with key clients and markets within the Latin America region. Your mission: increase participation in CFA Institute’s world-class programs and initiatives while delivering on our bold organizational strategy. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with a talented global Business Development team and work across divisions to engage stakeholders, foster partnerships, and advance CFA Institute’s mission to lead the investment profession. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Global Partnerships & Client Solutions team, reporting into the Director, Partnerships & Client Solutions. Candidates based in the Tri-State area who can work hybrid with 3 days in the New York office. What You’ll Do: Build Relationships That Matter: Cultivate and deepen client connections across diverse markets and organizations, including investment professionals, HR leaders, and practitioners. Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with teammates to identify opportunities, deliver polished presentations, and engage with potential clients. Your work will align CFA Institute’s mission with industry needs, ensuring mutual success. Be a Trusted Partner: Work with CFA Institute societies, supporting their outreach to regulators, universities, and the investment community, while sustaining strong volunteer and staff relationships. Contribute Strategically: Play a key role in cross-functional projects, leveraging tools like Salesforce to maintain seamless communication and track progress. What We’re Looking For: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with4-6 years business development experience, preferably within an association or not-for-profit organization. Additionally, candidates need to have awareness of global financial markets Technical expertise: CRM experience, preferably Salesforce. Proficiency in tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Language skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a necessity. ILR level 4 or 5. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities are a must. Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative approach to building relationships and driving initiatives. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary Range: $102,000 - $120,000 per year Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 401(k) and competitive medical benefits. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position.
