Compensation and Hours

• Pay ranges: $21.76 - $27.20 / hour
• Monthly Performance Bonus eligible

• Customer Service. Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming environment and build rapport with customers to understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customer’s shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet Sales Goals. Passionate about driving sales and taking pride in your work.
• Store Presentation. Ensure that store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Develop Team Members. Invest in training, developing, and inspiring a famously successful team to uphold Famous Footwear’s brand image and operational standards.
