Job Description

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for Brand marketing? We are seeking an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing against our social strategy and leading the day-to-day marketing & communication efforts across all our platforms. You will help bring to life and distribute articles, white papers and video content, supporting key brand and product messages that engage our audience across various stages, including awareness, conversion, adoption and retention - all while ensuring high quality, accuracy, and relevance. You'll support Butterfly physician and influencer partnerships, collaborating with partners during key moments within our marketing calendar. And, you will drive integrated marketing campaigns - collaborating with internal teams and external partners - while owning the briefing, creative execution, production and go-to-market planning. Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute the social media strategy, aligning the monthly calendar with the marketing plan.
• Drive impressions, follower growth, and engagement through high-impact programs and creative ideas.
• Collaborate with agencies to produce engaging content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms, including reels, videos, and posts.
• Manage daily channel operations, scheduling, and proactive content planning with agency support.
• Coordinate with teams and clients to gather content and approvals, ensuring timely delivery.
• Write and edit compelling copy for all platforms, finalizing content with agencies.
• Oversee shoots, content creation, and video production with agencies and teams.
• Engage with communities to foster two-way communication and amplify brand advocates.

Creative and Content Creation:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new content and brand initiatives, ensuring maximum impact and audience alignment.
• Manage brand projects end-to-end, from briefing through creative development and production.
• Create and implement content strategies aligned with business goals across awareness, conversion, adoption, and retention.
• Plan and oversee the production of diverse content types, including articles, case studies, videos, and white papers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals, brand guidelines, and compliance.
• Leverage content across multiple channels, including social media, YouTube, and email, for maximum reach.
• Translate internal requests into actionable briefs for agencies and manage tight deadlines.

Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of brand projects from concept to completion, meeting project deadlines..
• Track and report on the effectiveness of brand content initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to scale content production and meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously proactively managing product status to key stakeholders. 

Influencer & Partnership Management:

• Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers to co-create content that aligns with brand messaging and amplifies our presence.

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

• At least 5 year's experience 
• Background in brand marketing, social, or content marketing 
• Passion for unlocking the creative potential of copy by removing roadblocks and creating a clear path to getting things done through an obsession with planning, process, and transforming complex requests into actionable tasks.
• Open to constructive design feedback from team members at every level — able to iterate quickly and pivot if needed.
• Loves to write and ideate! Has a clear passion for social and bringing new strategic ideas 
• Can manage multiple projects across different deadlines. 
• Highly collaborative with experience engaging with teams cross-functionally.
• Proactive and positive attitude.

Location

At Butterfly we offer a hybrid work environment. For most employees, this means part time in the office (two or more days a week). Based on functional responsibilities and equipment needs, certain roles will require full time on-site support, and select roles will be eligible to be remote.

This is a hybrid position and will be based out of our office in New York City, NY.

Compensation 

Our estimated salary for this role is between $95,000 - $110,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
