OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our energetic and engaging team. In this role, you will support an operating unit by developing strategies for incentives, loyalty, and rewards programs that help solve business objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional storytelling abilities, and a passion for driving innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing data and trends to inform strategies, influencing senior leaders, and collaborating across various functions to enhance our brand's incentives strategies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of brand and operating unit strategies for incentives and loyalty programs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Management, Brand Experience, Sales, and Shopper teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
- Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance offers and ensure effectiveness
- Executional Excellence: Ensure the seamless execution of incentives programs, maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness
- Test and Learn: Develop and implement testing strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of incentives initiatives, using insights to refine and optimize programs

- Data-Informed Approach: Analyze data and market trends to derive actionable insights that inform strategies.
- Influential Communication: Create compelling narratives through data visualization in Excel and PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leaders

- Subject Matter Expertise: Identify challenges and opportunities to deliver innovative solutions, effectively linking incentives capabilities to solve business problems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven agility to address unforeseen business needs and situations
- Ability to adapt style and approach to unique needs of team members and business environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor communication to any level of the organization including senior leaders; demonstrated ability to synthesize complex issues and concepts and articulate recommendations clearly and concisely
- Ability to self-manage multiple, competing priorities and deliverables simultaneously. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a proven ability to see the “big picture”
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in loyalty programs, shopper or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Business and technical acumen, including experience in data visualization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills
- Conflict resolution within team and across broader stakeholders
- Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
- Passion for driving innovation and exploring new loyalty and rewards strategies
