professional Litigation Attorney with two or more years of experience to join
our dynamic team. This attorney will handle civil defense cases in:
- Premises liability
- Negligent security
- Insurance bad faith
- Wrongful death
- Medical malpractice
- Commercial disputes
- Business litigation and more

Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate facts and law to prepare for trial.
- Maintain and develop client relationships by obtaining necessary
information, responding to client questions, and discussing case status. - Consult with clients about the action to be taken or the decision to be
made in a particular situation. - Negotiate agreements and formulate alternative dispute resolution
strategies. - Provide legal advice on business transactions.
License/Certification
Required:
· Bar (is required)
Supplemental
Pay Types:
· Statured/non-discretionary bonus pay, based on revenue generated. Paid
out on a quarterly basis.
Ability to
commute/relocate:
· Las Vegas, NV 89123 – Must be able to reliably commute or planning to
relocate before starting work (required)
Salary:
$100,000-$120,000
per year
