Associate Legal Counsel - The Silverman Group

Busy Real Estate Investment Firm seeking an Associate Counsel to join the legal team, with 2+ years’ experience, specifically in Commercial Real Estate, Development and/or Construction. Ideal candidates are passionate, driven to succeed and able to both collaborate with internal business partners and self-manage. For qualified candidates, we offer challenging and accelerated opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, AIA documents, as well as leases and other ancillary agreements
• Facilitate real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions
• Prepare and review legal notices
• Maintain and track on-going legal proceedings.
• Coordinate with other member of the legal team and outside counsel, when necessary, on various transactions and pending litigation
• Provide legal support to all divisions of the company on a variety of topics as needed
