Your Role
We are seeking an exceptional Associate, HR Program Manager to take on a program-oriented role focused on governance, compliance, and the enhancement of our human capital management (HCM) data, technology, and processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing subject matter expertise in our company's compliance demands, security protocols, client requests, and HCM data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and administer various HR compliance, security, and data programs.
- Synthesize technical business needs, anticipate potential issues, and provide stakeholders with transparency about resolution paths, progress, and outcomes.
- Oversee program plans, track progress, and manage changes.
- Contribute to program reports, materials, and content.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the internal customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by making data-driven recommendations to evolve critical processes.
- Orchestrate internal HR parties to achieve program goals, soliciting feedback from experts while maintaining momentum and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM CP preferred.
- 3-5 years of previous human resources experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience keeping multi-phased projects on track; strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion, empathy, and composure.
- Goal-oriented, common-sense approach to problem-solving and prioritization; ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to absorb and apply the company's unique corporate philosophy while exercising independent judgment.
- Flexible, positive, and open-minded approach to collaboration; comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and holding others accountable.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate well at all levels while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
For most roles, the company offers remote work flexibility, with employees required to work on-campus a minimum of two or three days per week, with the option to work offsite on other days.
Compensation
The wage range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000, inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary is between 80% - 90% of this range.
