 The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in financial management and creating and maintaining an annual budget and meeting and exceeding NOI. You should have a clear vision for the community, which will include but not be limited to dining, sales,and most importantly  culture. Sounds like a tall order but this is a great opportunity for the candidate that possesses these qualifications.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 year experience in an AED or ED role
• College Degree
• Excellent Survey History
• Proven track record as a leader
• Visionary
• Exceptional computer skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to drive culture
