Job Summary
The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (ADTLL) will generate insights from Key Opinion Leaders to shape brand strategy for endometrial and thyroid cancer in the East region. This role involves collaboration with field teams, external vendors, and Thought Leader Liaison peers, reporting to the Executive Director of Oncology Portfolio Marketing.
Essential Functions
- Lead KOL engagement and insight generation to inform brand strategy.
- Develop expertise in relevant data and medical congress outputs.
- Collaborate with external vendors for educational initiatives.
- Manage speaker identification and training for programs.
- Facilitate partnerships with thought leaders at various levels.
- Support advisory boards with KOL engagement and logistics.
- Synthesize KOL insights with field colleagues to identify marketing opportunities.
- Foster a culture of growth and continuous feedback.
- Collaborate with Merck to present combination product insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in oncology.
- 2 years of account management or leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to hhc and compliance.

Eisai Salary Transparency:
The base salary for this role ranges from $177,000 to $232,300, with eligibility for annual and long-term incentive plans. Final pay will depend on various factors.
