What's on the Menu:
- Lead technical and supply chain readiness to support commercialization activity by applying tools that prepare the supply chain and manufacturing facilities for successful start- ups.
- Optimize growth, capacity, supply continuity and cost out initiatives (including manufacturing asset optimization)
- Provide updates to leadership, platform leads, project team and vendors as needed on key initiatives, including progress against goals, cost management, next steps and needs from sponsors to alleviate roadblocks.
- Be the liaison between the business team and the manufacturing site & co-manufacturer.
- Support business and manufacturing systems initiatives as needed.
- Lead continuous improvement of the commercialization process through collaboration with key partners and best practice sharing.
- Manage and develop growth and innovation pipeline requests, in partnership with marketing and sales, to ensure the proper financial and capability hurdles are accurately met.
- Pilot the manufacturing element of commercialization as it relates to NPDs and cost out changes, while providing cross functional support to the agile pods and platform teams.
- Be the conduit between the 3rd party vendors and KHC driving NPDs at a co-manufacturing site.
- Provide input and solutions in commercialization meetings as they relate to manufacturing solutions.
- Support the Supply Chain Commercialization team during project prioritization to align on MOQs for materials and production to mitigate Supply Chain Losses.
- Partner with EM Quality and to ensure that any NPDs targeted are compliant.
Recipe for Success:
- 10+ years of related experience in manufacturing, business development or HQ business team experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or other related fields
- Possess experience working in a consumer food company; startup experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in Plant Manufacturing preferred
- Experience with basic Marketing/Finance principles
- Eager to build new procedures and processes from scratch.
- Proven problem solving skills with a proactive mentality.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication (written/verbal) and relationship building skills.
- Ability to translate business expectations into supply chain solutions.
- Possess strong planning, project management, and execution skills.
- Experience working cross functionally in a matrixed environment, both regionally and globally.
- Be agile, adaptable, flexible and thrive in a multifaceted and changing culture environment.
- Possess strong digital literacy including a high level of proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, amongst others.
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
