Job Purpose

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing to join a leading player in the North American food manufacturing industry. This critical role will lead procurement strategies that optimize cost, supply, and processes across 30 plants (North America) and multiple divisions.

The successful candidate will develop and implement long-term purchasing strategies, establish supplier partnerships, and support company growth initiatives, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, driving cost-saving initiatives, and leading a high-performing team of procurement professionals. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in strategic sourcing (Fruits & Ingredients), supply chain purchasing, and contract negotiation in a global, matrixed environment. Experience in food manufacturing or commodities procurement is preferred.
