We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Permanent Associate Director for Media Planning to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and shape the future of our media strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of media planning, including the development and execution of integrated media strategies for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharma industry and a strong focus on HCP engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative and effective media strategies to meet and exceed our client's goals.
2. Oversee the media planning process, including the identification of target audiences, determination of media mix, and allocation of budgets.
3. Lead a team of media planners, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
4. Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends in the pharma industry and HCP engagement, leveraging this knowledge to inform media strategies.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration across all media channels.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of media strategies, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
7. Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all media planning related queries and concerns.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, with a specific focus on integrated media strategies and pharma industry.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
3. Strong understanding of HCP engagement strategies.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
