Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with existing and potential media partners to ensure the maximum value is derived from each partnership.
- Lead media planning and buying strategies, ensuring optimal utilization of media resources.
- Negotiate rates with media partners to ensure cost-effective media buying.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated media campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the media landscape, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of media partnerships and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, particularly within the Pharma and HCP sectors.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in media partnerships, media planning, media buying, rate negotiations, integrated media, HCP, and Pharma.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing media partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable rates and terms.
- Extensive knowledge of the media landscape, including traditional and digital media channels.
- Experience in the Pharma and HCP sectors, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
