Summary
The Global Senior Business Process Manager is responsible for leading and shaping the company's global process transformation efforts. This role involves aligning process improvement initiatives with strategic business goals, managing the global process landscape, and fostering collaboration across business and IT units. Key duties include implementing process frameworks, driving process optimization, and enhancing process visibility, while also leading global trainings and process discovery initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective transformation and automation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Process Design, Development, and Optimization
Coordinate and lead the conception, design, and implementation (process discovery) of cross-functional end-to-end processes.
Continuously develop and optimize existing processes, including associated interfaces and responsibilities.
Shape the introduction of new processes, continuous optimization, and digitalization, in collaboration with the Transformation Manager for process automation.
Define and deliver a global BPM framework, such as BPMN conventions or guidelines, to enable teams, projects and initiatives, such as process automation, to achieve standardized process management - Project Management and Strategic Implementation
Manage global process projects and workshops for process analysis, identifying weak points and developing solutions.
Manage cross-functional projects and support stakeholders with process-oriented performance management.
Support the implementation of strategic transformation and optimization programs, such as S4 HANA, HRIS projects, and process automation initiatives. - BPM Knowledge Development and Product Enhancement
Enhance stakeholders' BPM knowledge through training, coaching, and supporting Citizen Development.
Support the further development of BPM products by providing process descriptions and work instructions, particularly for global IT Governance and - Project Assurance.
Take on global cross-functional BPM lead functions to implement and influence BPM strategy, including conducting process discovery workshops.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT , Engineering or related field required
Experience Qualifications
- 7 or More Years At least 7 years of professional experience in business process management; consulting experience in management, process or IT consulting desired preferred
- Expert experience in process modeling (BPMN2.0) and documentation preferred
- Experience in leading of cross-functional and global projects, ideally in process-oriented design and implementation projects in the area of Business Process Management preferred
- SAP S4 HANA knowledge (MM, MES, ICSM, DMC, BRH, etc.) is a plus preferred
- Knowledge in agile methodology and product ownership is a plus preferred
Travel
Ability to travel up to 10%. Travel to other Daiichi-Sankyo regions necessary. International collaboration mandatory
