Associate Director, Entrepreneurial Services Program and Services
The WBDC is hiring for an Associate Director, Entrepreneurial Services Program and Services. This role is based in Peoria, IL. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Managing Director, Entrepreneurial Services Program and Services.

Our mission is to support and accelerate business development and growth by targeting women and serving all diverse business owners, to strengthen their participation in, and impact on, the economy. The Role:
The Associate Director, Entrepreneurial Services Program and Services supports the delivery of programming that provides business development services and resources to nascent and emerging entrepreneurs, including those that are economically disadvantaged and underserved.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and facilitation of WBDC's Entrepreneurial programming and services
- Support client advising, including assessing and supporting client needs.
- Assist in managing and coordinating resources, community partnerships, and various subject-matter experts for execution of programming and services.
- Work with marketing team to manage promotion of, and outreach for, workshops, events, and training sessions.
- Represent the WBDC at trade shows and events through networking, presentations, and public speaking.
- Align with the WBDC's overall strategic goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Analytical skills and financial acumen
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Passionate about women's issues and economic empowerment

The salary range for this position within the WBDC is $55,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skillset.
