We have an immediate, full-time opening for an Associate Director/Director, Client Service and Strategy. You must have previous creative ad agency experience working on integrated campaigns for pharmaceutical brands.

The Role
Coefficient Health is seeking an Associate Director or Director, Client Service and Strategy, to join our outstanding multidisciplinary team. By partnering with senior leadership, creative, medical, and project management teams, you will deliver strategic work and drive implementation for our clients. You will have a tremendous amount of ownership and autonomy to do what’s right for our clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationships
- Establish and develop great relationships with your client and their teams
- Deeply understand client business, brands, and organizational structure
- Manage the client through project life cycles
Strategic Alignment
- Understand clients’ businesses, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
- Identify opportunities to bring value to our client's businesses, and grow business organically
- Articulate clients’ brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations and all work
- Help shape strategies and develop content and activation plans
- Lead the flawless execution of US HCP and Patient integrated campaigns
Management and Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering launch programs
- Direct and oversee the development and execution of integrated healthcare marketing campaigns
- Define, prioritize and lead both strategic projects and tactical execution
- Direct project prioritization, management, and risk mitigation to ensure all tactics are delivered flawlessly, on time and on budget
- Participate in and lead client promotional review and submission processes
- Review and manage project budgets under your direction to success
- Be entrepreneurial, action and solution-oriented at all times
Team Development
- Manage, coach, and grow team members
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Be an active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative, and cooperative work environment
- Take initiative to pursue development opportunities
Skills and Experience:
- 8 years experience in brand and/or engagement strategy with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US
- Pharma launch and HCP marketing experience
- A passion for technology, emerging media, and all things digital
- Previous healthcare ad agency experience is required
- University degree required, MBA preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Strong presentation and communication skills are a must
- Travel as needed
- Must be located in proximity to NYC to be on-site Tuesday-Thursday and other days as needed

The position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications:
- Salary Range: $120,000–$180,000
- The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational needs. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at Coefficient Health, and we encourage you to apply if this range falls outside of your expectations.
