About the Job
As the Associate Director, Campaigns & User Acquisition, you will be responsible for designing and executing paid media strategies to acquire high-value users for our sports Contracts products. You will own performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid media platforms, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep expertise in the US sports Contracts market and a proven track record in scaling user acquisition campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive user acquisition strategies across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic platforms, Apple Search Ads, etc.) to drive new customer acquisition and ROI
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time to maximize performance, ensuring KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and retention are achieved
- Own end-to-end campaign management, including planning, budgeting, implementation, tracking, and reporting
- Leverage first-party data, third-party tools, and audience segmentation to create highly targeted campaigns that resonate with sports contracts audiences
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to the sports Contracts market and regulatory considerations
- Analyze data from campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements in the US sports Contracts space to maintain a competitive edge
- Partner with product, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize downstream impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or campaign management, preferably within the sports Contracts, iGaming, or entertainment industry
- Extensive knowledge of the USA sports Contracts market, including audience behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment
- Proven expertise in managing performance-driven campaigns across web and app platforms, with a strong understanding of key acquisition metric
- Proficiency in major paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, programmatic networks, and Apple Search Ad
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar to assess campaign performance and inform decision-makin
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic, competitive environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to stakeholders at all level
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile app marketing is a plus
