Associate Dentist. - Medadventures.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Associate Dentist to join a new practice in Pennsylvania. This role involves working alongside 2-3 dentists daily with a flexible schedule offering either a 4 or 5-day work week. Compensation includes a base guarantee plus a percentage of collections, with fully ancillary staff provided.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in general dentistry techniques
• Knowledge of dental terminology and medical coding
• Ability to take and interpret vital signs
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and oral health
• Familiarity with CAD software and medical imaging techniques
• Excellent communication skills

This full-time position offers a salary range of $180,000 - $300,000 per year, along with benefits such as 401(k), dental and health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Candidates must be able to commute to Harrisburg, PA, and work in person.
