Purpose:

Responsibilities:

• Manage Reporting needs of the organization across multiple TA
• Manage technology evaluations and implementations for Reporting and Data Management needs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and develop optimal solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in bioinformatics and data architecture to drive innovation and improve data management processes.
• Collaborate with other sub teams to identify and address data integration and interoperability challenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data models and structures that enable effective data analysis and interpretation.
• Practice continuous improvement of processes and technology usage.
• Acts as subject matter expert and process owner.
• Being able to continuously learn and improvise as part of a high-performance team.
• Manage cross functional initiatives.
• Executes on operational responsibilities and ensures objectives are successfully met

Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hr day) is required

This position will be required to be on-site 3 days / week

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in management information systems, computer science, life sciences or equivalent. Masters preferred.
• Must have 2+ years of experience with clinical database design, Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Spotfire and others within a clinical development environment.
• Must have Java, Node JS, REACT, Python, CSS experience, SQL.
• Demonstrated intermediate programming skills and knowledge of database concepts.
• Experienced in the life sciences domain and clinical trial processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Demonstrated performance as a key contributor to initiatives and advancement of the Organization.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective analytical skills.
