Associate Data Coordinator - Land O'Lakes Inc.

The Associate Data Coordinator will work in the login area of the lab in either the soil or feed/forage product lines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sorting samples that come in from the dock to the appropriate lines

Registering new samples into the LIMS

Affixing lab number stickers to the samples and sending them to the appropriate next step based on product type.

Contact customers about questions regarding request discrepancies on filled out paperwork.

Relay customer reporting preferences to the customer service associate so that changes in the LIMS can be made

Creating contacts in LIMS

This role will participate in projects that related to Quality Assurance, Sample kit sendout and management, and NutriSolutions app usage.

Responsible overall knowledge LIMS system. Understands, trains on and communicates with internal and external staff about data flow and LIMS system. Set goals that contribute to meeting company initiatives. Create and implement an individual development plan to build skill and knowledge level.

The login staff will be perform/assist with shipping and receiving samples from various sources. This may require the use of a motorized forklift.

Login staff may be required to perform duties in the sample prep and lab areas including but not limited to NIR, sub-sampling, drying samples, and grinding samples.

Required education/experience:

- High School Diploma

- Basic computer Skills
