About the role

 We’re on the hunt for a one-person creative powerhouse to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is excited by the opportunity to shape a brand’s identity, and wants to grow within a fast-paced tech environment. Youll contribute to everything from designing sleek UI/UX for website to creating impactful marketing assets like email campaigns, blog visuals, and sales collateral.

What You’ll Do:

• UI/UX design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Brand creative: Develop visually compelling materials, including email templates, blog illustrations, infographics, and marketing presentations.
• Agency relationships: Manage creative agency workflow and asset to ensure on-brand and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, and sales teams to align designs with brand strategy and user needs.
• Brand consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Creative problem-solving: Tackle a wide range of creative challenges, from brainstorming campaigns to polishing visuals for social media.

The Right Fit:

• Design expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of UI/UX projects and marketing collateral.
• Software proficiency: Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Webflow and a bonus if you know motion graphics tools like After Effects.
• Marketing knowledge: Experience designing for digital marketing (email, blogs, landing pages, social media, etc.)
• Detail-oriented: You have an eye for detail and take pride in producing polished, high-quality work.
• Team player: Collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude and openness to feedback.
• Growth mindset: Excited to learn and grow in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with HTML/CSS for minor web design tweaks.
• Familiarity with branding for B2B tech or SaaS companies.
• Motion design or video editing skills.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts include candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is $124,000 - $143,000.
