The salary range for this position is $137,083 - $171,354 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. OVERVIEW
As Associate Creative Director you will lead product and beauty photography for Fenty brands. You will partner with Creative Directors and cross-functional partners to concept and produce content that aligns with the brand's values as well as our marketing and business objectives. In this role you will deliver solutions for a diverse range of marketing, education and omni-channel needs, for product launches. You will be hands-on from production through completion and release.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceive and implement concepts in collaboration with Creative Directors to translate product objectives into compelling content
- Develop and present keynote to ensure cross-functional alignment on concept, direction and casting as well as aide in briefing all crew and/or talent
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with external creative and post-production partners
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, social and brand management departments whose activities intersect with creative, addressing feedback with solution-based creative thinking
- Create final asset style guides for each product launch
- Ensure diligent releasing, conforming and archiving of all projects
- Remain actively involved in hiring, managing and cultivating the career development of team members
SKILLS
- Aware of trends and new ideas within photography and video industries, with ability to interpret those into high performing, brand-right creative
- Proficiency of digital editing design and presentation programs such as Adobe InDesign, Bridge, Capture One Pro, and Keynote
- Knowledge of lighting, and photography workflow.
- Excellent layout and typography skills
- Ability to be flexible and to balance business goals with creative vision
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines, quickly managing changing priorities
- Superior organizational and communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field of study.
- 7+ years' experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment: fashion/beauty industry experience.
- Excellent communication, delegation, time management and organizational skills,
- Deadline driven
- Comfortable sourcing freelance talent, delegating and working in a collaborative manner
- Proficiency of post-production software including Adobe CS, Capture One Pro, Keynote
