Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000

Please Note: After an initial onboarding period, this role will be eligible for a HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE with one or more days per week OFFSITE.
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for managing all enterprise systems, including networking, cloud, IT infrastructure, and critical university applications such as PeopleSoft HCM, FSM, Payroll, and Campus Solutions. Oversee the university's transition from PeopleSoft to Workday, ensuring a seamless migration while enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing disruption. Collaborate closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), university leadership, Organizational Change Management (OCM), IT Training, IT Communications, and cross-functional teams. Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that drives continuous improvement, instills best practices in IT Service Management (ITSM), Agile methodologies (including Wagile), and ensures compliance with industry standards.
