Associate Brand Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Brand Manager, are to:
- Provide an ongoing analysis of the brand and competitive environment;
- Draw accurate conclusions from financial and other quantitative data to make sound recommendations;
- Present finding to senior leadership;
- Manage the execution of brand initiatives as identified and assigned by the Brand Manager;
- Based on knowledge gained from an in depth understanding of the brand and category, identify and recommend key initiatives to the brand manager;
- Work closely with the omnichannel manager to communicate brand strategy and ensures that the strategy is reflected in the executional plan;
- Support the strategic brand plans that not only deliver on annual and longer-term financial objectives, but also protect brand equity and enhance brand health;
- Support cross functional roles in day-to-day activities and meetings as well as project-based work as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge equivalent to BS/BA degree;
- Learning and change agility, customer focus, action oriented/drives results, collaborates globally and locally, plans, and aligns, drives stakeholder engagement, effectively manages suppliers;
- Excellent financial management skills to critically and objectively assess programs and investments versus results;
- Ability to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency through the use of technology, with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Superior analytical ability, assessing different models and related outputs;
- Potential to assess and react to complex technical information;
- Excellent communication skills required;
- Must be able to create an environment that encourages innovation and risk taking;
- Ability to engage in positive/productive debate with the leaders of key internal constituent groups;
- Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders;
- Takes ownership of top and bottom line. Strategic management, planning, and execution abilities, including ability to focus on the "bigger picture".
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA desirable plus 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment;
- Experience with business forecasting a plus.
