What the opportunity looks like:
Assist VP of Marketing & Brand Manager with developing and executing Americas brand plans, with alignment to Global brand strategy.
- Work closely with VP of Marketing to adapt global strategies and localize to fit in key Americas markets.
- Assist with annual brand planning process, contributing with consumer understanding in each market and clear ‘jobs to be done’ for each brand.
- Supports with developing local brand guidelines, templates and guidelines & maintaining with regular updates
Execute WMA consumer media plans, with focus on The Dalmore & Jura
- Work hand in hand with Brand Manager and media agencies to manage multi-million dollar budget across US, Canada and Mexico
- Play critical role in day-to-day contact with all agencies, assisting in budget management, media authorizations, and asset and tracking deliverables.
Support with PR & Influencer marketing strategy & agency management
- Main liaison with PR & Influencer agency to execute a national and regional strategy
- Assist in producing accurate project briefs that reflect brand objective, budget, timeline and outputs
Assist with consumer-centric activations: Events, Ambassadors, and Partnerships
- Support development of event concept(s) for The Dalmore with creative & strategic inputs
- Lead efforts on brand guidelines and POS support to Ambassador team
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
For this role we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of brand marketing, marketing agency and/or product marketing experience
- Preferred: experience working with a premium luxury brand
- Experience in advertising & digital media with comprehensive understanding of executional tactics
- Knowledge of advertising, media and digital landscape
- Experience working in a small but growing business where one needs to be agile, adaptable and able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong proactive collaboration skills, as well as ability to work independently
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
